Colombia Supremo #18 Huila $9.75 Specify Light, Medium, or Dark Roast. The Supremo is a very aromatic coffee with a rich flavor that is consistently good and smooth on the palate. It is a great everyday coffee and blends well with other beans. Its textures and flavors are well-balanced with a unique taste profile characterized by its "winey" flavor. Comes in 1 pound bags. Recommended Roast: Medium (light is also good, too.)

El Salvador El Milagro Coffee Estate Organic $9.75 Specify Light, Medium, or Dark Roast. Coffee beans from the yellow cherry, which is said to be richer in taste. This gives the beans a honey and winey taste. The estate owner believes the taste of his coffee is equal to, or better than Kona or Jamaica Blue Mountain. Recommended roast: Medium

Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 Organic  $9.25  Sumatra Mandheling ranks in the top tier of distinctive coffees of the world. It is complex, has weight without heaviness, and a deeply resonate acidity not initially apparent. It is earthy, tangy, bitter-sweet with an aggressive musty twist. Great for darker roasts. Recommended: Dark Roast

Honduran Marcala EP  $9.75  Deep, roast-muted acidity, medium body, soft mouthfeel and straightforward flavors of molasses and nut-toned chocolate with a continued hint of dried fruit. Specify roast light, medium or dark. Recommended: Medium

Colombian Excelso 17/18  $9.75  Moderately acidy, medium to full bodied, sweet, rich, balanced, mid-toned. Not much nuance but a sturdy cup with a juicy tickle of cleanly fermented fruit. Specify whether light, medium or dark. Recommended: Medium

Brazil Cerrado  $9.25  Subtle nut and dry berry tones in the aroma, sweet in impression. In the cup silky and delicate, with a crisp but gently rounded acidity. Specify Roast whether Light, Medium or Dark. Recommended: Medium

Ethiopian Longberry Harrar  $9.75  Winey to fruit like acidity, rich aroma, and a heavy body. The best have an intense aroma of blueberries or blackberries. Specify Roast whether Light, Medium or Dark. Recommended: Light

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe  $9.75  Has a distinct, bright acidity. They are medium bodied and almost sweet. You can sometimes detect sublime notes of blackcurrant flavors and aromas. Specify Roast whether Light, Medium or Dark. Recommended: Light
